ABOUT US
Moto-CNC was founded back in 2009
when, after more than 25 years working together in the Automotive, Formula 1
and Aerospace sectors, we decided the time was right for us to start making our
custom parts for motorbikes and cars. We named the company Moto-CNC after the
process we use to ensure our custom parts are all precision engineered to the
very highest standards: computer numerical control (CNC).
Choosing to specialise in the
design and manufacture of premium
handlebar risers and top yoke conversions
for motorbikes, we have slowly but surely
grown over the last 15 years. Our 10th anniversary in 2019 saw us
investing in a brand-new state-of-the-art 3D computer-aided design and
computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system, which revolutionised our
understanding of customer motorbike part assemblies and 3D modelling
capabilities.
We also invested in two brand new
Romi CNC
machines, to bring 100% of our manufacturing
capability in-house. This has allowed us to take full control of our quality
assurance processes and lead times on orders. From our humble beginning to the
present day, our passionate team of biking enthusiasts have worked hard to
ensure every part that we design and craft is as perfect as it can be. With
rider comfort and safety as a prime concern, we only ever deliver parts that
we’d be delighted to use ourselves.
What we do at Moto-CNC
Our chosen niche at Moto-CNC is in designing and manufacturing the very best quality
yoke conversion kits and handlebar risers. We also specialise in preload adjusters, top
yokes for superbikes and custom motorbike footpegs.
We create our custom motorbike
parts for a wide range of popular manufacturers, including Honda, Suzuki,
Yamaha, BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, Triumph, Aprilia, Harley Davidson and many more.
