Q: Do you deliver products internationally?

A: Yes we ship our products worldwide daily, with many thousands of parts going to US, Canada and Australia, Using our shipping partner Royal Mail.


Q: Can you ship my product on a weekend?

A: Absolutely, we send our products out 6 days a week Mon-Sat.


Q: Will my delivery be tracked, and require a signature?

A: All of our deliveries aquire both proof of postage, and receipt.  Specific options are available at checkout including express shipping, tracked & signed, and our recommended service - fully insured.


Q: How do I place an order?

You can choose to place an order online, simply browse through our shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart.

Click  'ADD TO CART' button, go to your Cart at the top of the screen.

If you have already signed up for a moto-cnc account you simply enter your payment details and complete the order.

If you are a new customer then you can choose to set up an account by setting a password once you have placed your first order or choose Guest Checkout. Once you have continued to the payment method screen. 

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: We work with 2 of the world leaders in online payments, Worldpay and PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted using SSL protocol.

If you have any problems during the online ordering process, please contact us via online chat or https://moto-cnc.com/contact and let us know what happened. We will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Q: Will this part fit my bike?

A: Most of our parts are listed for each specific bike, but on occasion they will fit other models or years that we are not aware of.  We update these details regularly. 

The first thing to measure is your forks as these differ greatly by year and model, usually we state this diameter and it is critical that they match on Street Fighter and Top Yoke Conversions.

Q: Do you have fitting instructions?

A: Where fitting instructions are available, they will be located on the part product page, in a downloadable format. We are constantly adding these.

YouTube is also a good source of information, and we periodically upload fitting videos here.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to log in to moto-cnc.com and fill in a return request.

  1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the bottom right hand corner.
  2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
  5. Take note of the provided return address.
  6. If you do not have the original packaging, please return by placing a copy of the return confirmation with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the shipping box.
  7. Now just print the return address and send it back to us.

Q: Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

A: As a moto-cnc.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. The funds from the original order can be transferred to an e-Gift Card when the exchange is processed.

If the exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund back to an e-Gift Card for the full amount (minus shipping). An exchange also requires the original order to be returned to moto-cnc within 14 days.

If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order. Please reach out to us using our online chat, or email, and we will gladly share more details on how to process an exchange. 


Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: For the vast majority of returns, it takes around 3-5 Business Days for us to get your package back to us, inspect it and refund the original payment account. This is of course subject to any delays by the courier or your card company.

Please send any returns back to us signed and tracked, as we will not be held resposible, nor will any refunds be given for any missing or damaged items.


Q: How can I write a review on a product?

A: You can write a product review with just 4 easy steps:

    1. On any product page, scroll down to the review tab.
   2. Once you click on that button you will see write a review text box, and a rating section. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name.
   3. Then, click on the ‘Submit your Review’ button..
   4. Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.

Q: Do you offer Live Chat support?

A: Yes we do! To get in contact with one of our live chat specialists, look for the Live Help button located on the bottom right hand of the page.
If you are unable to see this button, unfortunately we do not have a specialist available to assist via chat at that time.
