MOTO CNC LTD are dedicated designers and manufacturers of motorcycle accessories. Every product is CNC machined to the highest standards using the best billet aluminium. Every product has been painstakingly researched before manufacture to ensure compatibility and nullify installation issues. Oberon Performance operates a strict policy to provide the highest quality customer service and product. We also welcome any interaction with our consumers for suggestions and comments about their experience with Oberon Performance.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB & Maestro through our Payment Partner WorldPay. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, unless the prepayment (PayPal) option is used. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is calculated by the number of items that are ordered against preferred shipping method.
First Class Post and Standard Air Mail are methods of shipment that offer no tracking service and no insurance. Therefore if any order is lost or damaged Oberon Performance will be unable to make a claim on your behalf. Courier Shipments have a tracking facility and have full insurance against your order. So if your goods were either damaged or lost through this service Oberon Performance will make a claim on your behalf and have your order resent without argument. Courier shipments CANNOT use a PO Box address.
In the unlikely event that your order is temporarily out of stock we will e-mail you with estimated dates of despatch along with our sincere apologies for the delay in service.
Courier International and Courier UK: Your shipment is insured in the event of loss or damage. Should the worst happen to your order, Oberon Performance will make a claim against your order and have it resent without argument immediately (subject to stock availability). Courier shipments CANNOT use a PO Box address.
Courier UK - Delivery times are within 2 days after the customer has received the e-mail notification from our web shop confirming the order has been despatched
Courier International (USA) - Delivery times are within 2-3 days after the customer has received the e-mail notification from our web shop confirming the order has been despatched
Courier International (Europe) - Delivery times are within 2-5 (depending on which zone in Europe) days after the customer has received the e-mail notification from our web shop confirming the order has been despatched
Courier International Worldwide - Delivery times are within 2-7 (depending on location) days after the customer has received the e-mail notification from our web shop confirming the order has been despatched
NOTE: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not included with Courier service.
First Class Post and Standard Air Mail:
These services are not insured and do not offer a tracking service. Should an order become lost or damaged with this shipping method, Oberon Performance will be unable to make a claim for your order and will not be able to reimburse or resend the goods. For UK First Class post please allow 10 working days from despatch confirmation date for delivery (1-2 days the typical times though). Rest of the world, standard Air Mail can take 21 days from despatch confirmation date before delivery. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and advise to the estimated date of delivery. Your custom is our main priority to us and you can rest assured we will despatch your goods the moment it is available. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Tax or VAT is only applicable in certain countries, typically the European Union. If you live outside these regions it will not be added to your order in the final checkout.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction.

Please note that our office hours are Monday to Thursday 0800-1700 and Friday's 0800-1430 GMT. Oberon's office is not open on public UK holidays or weekends. Please e-mail: email@example.com for out of hours contact.
MOTO CNC do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns & Refund Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund on the value of the goods only. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and you will be issued a returns number. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
